Symptoms
Employee Data Load (EX_EE_UPDATE) process creates multiple default profiles for an employee.
Steps
---------
1. Whenever an employee is Retired or Terminated and then Activated, the previous row should always be “non default”.
2. However, currently the app engine only makes default profile flag to N for terminated employees who have recently become active.
3. It takes no action for the Retired employees. As a result, when the retired employees become active, the default profile flag remain active: thus more than 1 default profile flag.
