Error "Invalid column name 'REQUEST_TYPE'." when Creating a MSR and ChartField Security Has Been Enabled for Inventory (Doc ID 1679962.1)

The below error occurs when attempting to create/update a Material Stock Request (MSR) (navigation: Inventory, Fulfill Stock Orders, Stock Requests, Create/Update Stock Request) and ChartField Security has been enabled for Inventory (navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain, Security, ChartField Security, Register Components):

SQL error. Function: SQLExec
Error Position: 0
Return: Invalid column name 'REQUEST_TYPE'.
