EAP: FSCM 9.2 Upgrade Print Checks Process Not Functioning Through Pay Cycle Manager (Doc ID 1680238.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 9.2, the delivered Print Check process is not working through Pay Cycle.  The same results are occurring through Express Payments.

Steps:
Run Pay Cycle with EFT and System Checks
Process EFT Payments
Click Process button to Print Checks
System Check Status remains Approved and the Process button is still available
