E-PIA: CRM 9.0 Misspelled Word Invisible In Spell Check (Doc ID 1680497.1)

Symptoms

Mispelled words in spellcheck are unreadable in CRM 9.0, black text on black background. Spell check is highlighting the misspelled word which in turn makes the word invisible


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Help Desk > Add case page
2. Type a misspelled word and click on "Spell Check" icon
