E-REN: REN Server Window Stays in Queued Status when Using Oracle Traffic Director (OTD) (Doc ID 1680778.1)

Symptoms

When configuring Oracle Traffic Director (OTD) to forward requests to REN server, the ping and buffer tests work fine, but the "Report to Window" functionality gets hung up on the "Queued" page. The user may notice that the queued page "flashes" every 5 seconds or so.

If REN server debug logging is enabled, you'll see that the REN server is constantly looping on request "GET /psren?do_method=blank" and on a request similiar to the following:
