Bid Events With Multiple Attachments Cause PO_DISPATCH Error (Doc ID 1682578.1)

Symptoms

Bid events with multiple attachments are awarded to Purchase Order, the PO_DISPATCH runs to no success.


ERROR:
"SQL error. Function: SQLExec Error Position: 0 Return: 805 - [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] SQL0803N
One or more values in the INSERT statement, UPDATE statement, or foreign key update caused by a DELETE statement are not valid because the primary key , unique constraint or unique index identified by "PSRP1LLZ" constrains Statement:
INSERT INTO PS_POHDRCOM_TAO4 (PROCESS_INSTANCE , BUSINESS_UNIT , PO_ID , COMMENT_ID , RANDOM_CMMT_NBR , COMMENTS_2000) SELECT PO.PROCESS_INSTANCE , PO.BUSINESS_UNIT , PO.PO_ID , CMMT.COM MENT_ID , ( SELECT COUNT(*) FROM PS_PO_COMMENTS B WHERE CMMT.BUSINESS_UNIT = B.BUSINESS_UNIT AND CMM T.PO_ID = B.PO_ID AND B.SOURCE_ID "

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Create a Bid Event with Multiple attachments and award to a PO
2 - Add multiple attachment files
3 - Add line
4 - Invite Bidders
5 - Assign Bidders to Lines
6 - Post
7 - Create Bidder Response
8 - Analyze Event – informing award percent
9 - Award Details - Post Award -
10 - Open PO created above
11 - Check if comments has attachment files
12 - dispatch PO (POXMLP)
