Create a customer statement for a customer which has items in different units. Open the Collections Workbench and open the Correspondence tab. The system has created a separate statement row for each business unit, but if you click on the statement image button to open the statement, then the statement contains all the units. This is confusing for the users. Therefore we would expect to see 1 statement row for all units combined.
