EeS: Self Service Invoice error, GetField: Field 'EM_QV_ENTRY_WRK.BUSINESS_UNIT' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155) and Comment missing

Symptoms

SCENARIO 1
A Self Service Invoice is entered with Comments.  When selecting OK for the Comment, an error occurs:

ERROR
GetField: Field 'EM_QV_ENTRY_WRK.BUSINESS_UNIT' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155)
EM_VCHR_QUICK_PNL.GBL.EM_QV_ENTRY_WRK.SaveEdit  PCPC:215  Statement:1

SCENARIO 2
In an environment without PUM Image 3, add a Self Service Invoice Comment then run Voucher Build to create a Voucher.  A query of the VOUCHER_LINE.DESCR254_MIXED field shows the Comments entered from the Self Service Invoice.  However, these Comments are not accessible anywhere through the Voucher Invoice Information page > Invoice Lines section.

STEPS

SCENARIO 1
1.  Navigate to eSettlements > Self Service Invoice > Create Invoice
2.  On the Header Information page, click on the Comments icon
3.  Populate the Comment field
4.  Click OK
5.  Above error occurs

SCENARIO 2
1.  Create a Self Service Invoice
    a.  Through Header Information page, click on the Comments icon
    b.  Add a Comment
2.  Submit and Save
3.  Verify Comment is still there before Voucher Build
4.  Run Voucher Build
5.  Voucher is created successfully
6.  Open up the Voucher and click on the Comments icon through the Voucher Invoice Information page
7.  Comment is not there
8.  Query the VOUCHER_LINE.DESCR254 field
    a.  The Comment is in the VOUCHER_LINE.DESCR254 field but not viewable through the Voucher
