PeopleTools 8.53. The Tuxedo Domain is reconfigured and at this point it's no longer possible to log onto the Application

The PIA message 'The application server is down at this time." is displayed in the browser.

The TUXLOG shows the following logged message:

113320.HOSTNAME!JSH.324.3888.-2: JOLT_CAT:1626: "ERROR: Jolt client (ip address x.x.x.x ) does not have proper application password"
