Qn1:We are currently testing bundle 14 in a copy of Production. We are getting a message we have not seen before:
IF PAYABLE TIME IS NOT CREATED PLEASE VERIFY SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEE XXXXX,0
Is this a change bundle 14? We had been able to process time for employee that did not have schedules assigned to them.
Qn2:The employees missing payable time are of the type that do not report time. All reported time has payable time. I looked at some entries and identified one that has payable time and another that is missing it. Both belong to the same workgroup. Neither has a schedule assignment.
What could account for the payable time being missed on one of them?
Qn3:The Payroll Director identified 10 employees that did not get paid in their first test payroll. They did have payable time but the status is Ignore and Reason Code is Not OK to Pay . What determines the values of these fields?
