Email Addresses for Buyer And Requester are not Delivered in the XMLP PO Layout (Doc ID 1901802.1)

9.1 Purchasing\ Purchase Order\ PO Dispatch

It is using the PeopleSoft delivered xml, xsd and file layout for PO_DISPATCH for generating the XMLP PO print.
We would like to include the email addresses of the Buyer and Requester in the rtf-layout, but these fields are not available in the delivered file layout, xml, xsd and application engine PO_DISPATCH. These fields should be included in the delivered components of PO_DISPATCH, as they are common contact details that needs to be sent to the vendors.
It is not preferred to build customizations to add these email fields in the PO_DISPATCH, while they are very common and frequently used as contact details in the POs to vendors.
We consider that the delivered PO_DISPATCH components for the XMLP PO print doesn't comply to the basic needed requirements, such as simple as email address fields.
