Symptoms

When attempting to add a new Item using the Configurable Item Template functionality (navigation: Items, Configurable Item Templates, Item Add) and changing the default Account number on the 'Purchasing Item Attributes' section, the following error is observed:

Field does not exist -- ITEM_TMPL_WRK.SETID. (180,104) FUNCLIB_FS.ALTACCT.Fieldformula Name:AltAcct_Dflt
Called from:FUNCLIB_FS.ALTACCT.Fieldformula Name:Account_Xref_FC_2
Called from:ITM_ALL_MODS_TML4.PO_ATR_CFS_TML4.ACCOUNT.FieldChange


Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Set up a Configurable Item Template that includes a Purchasing Item Attributes Group that allows the Account to be modified.
  2. Attempt to add an Item using the Configurable Item Template functionality and specify the Item Template created above.
  3. Change the default Account number under the 'Purchasing Item Attributes' section and tab off the field.
  4. Observe the error.
