The Search Result is Different Between English and Japanese on the Copy PO Page

Symptoms
The search result is different between English and Japanese on Copy PO page. On Express PO, when copying PO, the search result is different between English and Japanese.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as English User. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase order >Add/Update Express PO
2. Click on Copy from Purchase Order
3. Search. Note down the no of Results shown
4. Same things in Japanese-Login as Japanese
5. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase order >Add/Update Express PO
6. Click on Copy from Purchase Order
7. Search. Note down the no of Results shown
8. The results are not same
