CITIZENSHIP OR VISA INFORMATION NOT VISIBLE AS SOON AS ADDING APPLICANT (Doc ID 1907290.1)

Symptoms

 On adding Citizenship and visa details on Applicant Data > Eligibility & Identity information the data added is not reflected on save. The page needs to be refreshed or revisited to check the information being added. If the data does not reflect immediately, it leads to multiple entry of the same data.

 

Replication steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Recruiting > Create Applicant and create an new applicant
2. Click on Applicant Data and Eligibility and Identity tab
3. Click on Add Citizenship
4. Enter Details and click OK
5. Check that the Citizenship details are not visible on the Manage Applicant Page
6. Now, click on Add Visa Permit
7. Enter Details and click OK
8. Check that the Visa Permit details are also not visible on the Manage Applicants page
9. Click Save
10. Even after Save the details are not visible
