Missing List of Documents below the Header 'Documents To Print The Note On' when Adding a Custom/Non-Standard Note on a RMA

You observe that when a custom/non-standard Note is entered on an RMA (navigation: Customer Returns, Create/Update RMA - Hyperlink: Header Notes/Attachments - Uncheck the check box called 'Use Predefined Standard Note'), a list of available documents that it can print on should appear on the right side of the page. Unfortunately this list is blank...the header ' Documents To Print The Note On:' appears but no documents are listed on which the Notes can print.

The issue is limited to only multi-language environments.
