RB_MAILROUTE process gives error “Role Type ID cannot be zero (18076,259)” when the Inbound email is from a worker who was terminated and then re-hired
The RB_MAILROUTE process of the PRCEMAIL job is running to NO SUCCESS, and the log has the following:

1. In HCM, terminate an existing employee, then rehire. The change is synced to CRM.
2. Sending an email from this employee's email to CRM ERMS mailbox, RB_MAILROUTE process will error out.
