Currently, an employee can update the PREF_EMAIL_FLAG (Preferred Email Flag) on the Business Email Address in Employee Self Service. They cannot add/change or delete the Business Email Address, however, they can designate another Email Address as Primary. What impact will this have on other Business Processes?
How are the Email Addresses on Personal Data and the User Profile used in HRMS 9.2? Some are used for Workflow purposes (e.g. the User Profile Email Address) and others are used for notifications from within the system. How is the Email Address on Personal Data Used? Does it make a difference if the Email Address is marked as preferred? What is the impact on the system/notifications if an empoyee does not have an Email Address listed in Personal Data?
