Payment Plans Showing Negative "Eligible Charges" In Self Service But Not On Administrative Pages (Doc ID 1908798.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9, When student logs into Self Service to assign themselves a Payment Plan the amount of the Payment Plan is a negative number.

Since the student currently owes money in the eligible charges nodes the amount the student owes should be presented to the student as the amount of the Payment Plan .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Self Service and navigate to Student Center > Finances> Payment Plans
