HR Administrator Unable to View Checkpoint Review Comments (Doc ID 1910568.1)

Symptoms

HR Administrator is unable to view checkpoint review comments.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Oracle DEMO environment:

2. Login as Manager “HCRUSA_KU0046” – Rosanna Channing

3. Go to Main Menu >> Manager Self Service >> Performance Management >> Performance Documents >> Current Documents

4. Select “Mei Lee” document – period 01/01/2012-12/31/2012:
 
5. In this particular document, the user has completed the Checkpoint cycles.

 6. In the left WorkCenter menu, click View in Finalize Criteria step:
 
7. In Overall Results tab, the user can see Section Comments (both Employee and Manager).

8. When Manager clicks “Print” or “Export” , the output files show Comments consistently with the online page:

 
 
ePERFORMANCE ADMIN ROLE:


1. Login to Oracle DEMO environment:

2. Login as Manager “PS” – Betty Locherty. Please ensure that the User Profile has “ePerformance Admin” delivered role and “HCCPEP2200 Permission List applied.
 
3. Go to Main Menu >> Workforce Development >> Performance Management >> Performance Documents >> View Documents:

4. Search for MEI LEE (same test object and test document):
 
5. In the left WorkCenter menu, click “Reopen”:
 
6. In Overall Results tab – Section 3 – Overall Summary Section, the comments were missing from the online page:

7. When you click Print, the PDF output file doesn’t show comments as well
