HRMS Hangs When Clicking Return Link on HCM Pagelets in Integration Hub (Doc ID 1912153.1)

Symptoms

Application hangs on Return link of HCM Pagelets in Integration Hub

HRMS Portal Pack

The ‘Return’ link causes the system to hang for a number of the components when the ‘More’ link is selected from the pagelets. This issue occurs for HCM pagelets used within the Integration Hub (previously Enterprise Portal).

This behavior has been found in the following pagelets:
-Direct Reports
-Anniversary Alerts
-Birthday Alerts
-Direct Reports Phones
-Employee Performance

Steps to Replicate:
1. Use an Integration Hub (Enterprise Portal) environment with HCM content imported.
2. Go to one of the pagelets (eg. Direct Reports) and click the ‘More’ link.
3. The detail, or enhanced, component is displayed.
4. Note that the style of the ‘Return’ hyperlink is incorrect.
5. Hover over the link to view the URL in the status bar.
6. Note that the ‘node’ within this is HRMS, not EMPL (which is incorrect). In the address bar, the actual node 'EMPL' is displayed.
7. Click on the ‘Return’ link
8. The system hangs and does not return the home page tab (or whatever portal the pagelet displayed).
