E-PORTAL: Case Sensitive Option Not Defaulted "On" Despite PeopleTools Options "On - Case Sensitive Default On"

Symptoms

When the PeopleTools Options page Case Insensitive Searching option is set to "On - Case Sensitive Default On", the Case Sensitive checkbox on search pages
do not always default to "On".  It is checked on some components but not checked in others.  The behavior is rather inconsistent.

Examples:

1. Main Menu > PeopleTools > Security > Permissions & Roles > Permission Lists (Case Sensitive checked)

2. Main Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Types (Case Sensitive checked)

3. Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data (Case Sensitive *not* checked)

4. Main Menu > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck (Case Sensitive *not* checked)

5. Main Menu > PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Tablespace Management (Case Sensitive *not* checked for basic search, checked for advanced search)

6. Main Menu > PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > DDL Model Defaults (Case Sensitive *not* checked for basic search, checked for advanced search)
