When accessing an content provider Activity Guide from Interaction Hub Portal, the user is kicked out of the application with error:
You may attempt to sign in again.
If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator.
Please make sure Webserver and Appserver are up.
Sample replication with Interaction Hub and a HRMS content provider:
1. Login to Portal
2. From Portal, access the HRMS content provider Life Events page. The HR navigation would be: Main Menu > Self Service > Benefits > Life events
3. Select an event (if needed, select today, and click OK)
4. See the error
