Incorrect Default Time on the First Sales Order Line when Creating a Sales Order

When creating a new Sales Order (navigation: Order Management, Quotes and Orders, Create/Update Order), the Requested Arrival Date/Time at the header level are populated with the current date/time. If you check the 'Requested Dates' and 'Scheduled Dates' tabs at the line level without entering a Product ID, the time of the first line is set by default to 12:00AM while the time of the other lines is set to the current time.
The issue disappears when you enter a Product ID. The time is changed to the current time.
