Purpose

This Knowledge Document gives some tips to help you troubleshoot the below error messages which are available in the Analytic Server log:

PSANALYTICSRV.8512 xxxxxxxxxxx  (ANALYTICSRV): Data altered by another user during transaction, requery
PSANALYTICSRV.8512 xxxxxxxxxxxx(ANALYTICSRV): Aborting a normal transaction
PSANALYTICSRV.8512 xxxxxxxxxxxx(ANALYTICSRV): Internal error in the data cache; processing can continue.
PSANALYTICSRV.8512 xxxxxxxxxxxx(ANALYTICSRV): An error occurred in the data cache. The transaction request failed and no rows were committed to the database, but the OptEngine is able to accept further transactions.
