On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting

9.2 adding a new row when a prior period overnight exists causes override rate field size to shrink

They display of the timesheet shouldn't be changed after adding a row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the timesheet by the Calendar View. There is an overnight punch from the previous period displayed.
2. Add the row and it causes the override rate field size to shrink.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot report override rate.
