The 'Device Track' Link on the Receipt is Missing for Receipt Lines Greater than 1 when Multiple Purchase Orders are Received (Doc ID 1915844.1)

Symptoms

When creating a 1 receipt associating multiple purchase orders, the 'Device Tracking' link is missing for Receipt Lines 2 and greater.

  
Steps to recreate the issue:
1. Navigate to Add / Update Receipt.
2. Select 1 PO for 1 Vendor.
3. Click on Select Purchase Order link.
4. Select 2nd PO for same Vendor.
5. Notice that the Device Track link for Line 2 is not available.
