EEX 9.2: Getting Errors, When Trying to Update the Expense Profile of an Employee. (Doc ID 1915919.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to update the Expense Profile of an employee.

Steps:
------
1. Log in as a User.
2. Go to Travel and Expenses > Manage Employee Information > Update Profile -- Open profile of an Employee.
3. Try to update any field in page and save it. -- User will get error "Department Selected is not Valid Department for the GL business unit"
4. Correct the information and then try to save the page again.

Actual Result:
---------------
Getting error "Data Being Added Conflicts with Existing Data"

Expected Result:
----------------
Expense Profile should have been saved successfully.
