EEX 9.1/9.2: Getting Invalid Value Error While Entering a Time Report, If Sum of the Length of Project ID and Its Description Exceeds 30 Characters. (Doc ID 1915920.1)

Symptoms

While submitting a Time Report, Project prompt gives Invalid Value Error, if concatenation of the Project Description and Project ID exceeds 30 characters.

Steps:
------
1. Create a Project with a description that has at least 30 characters and make sure the project is active.
     Navigation: Project Costing > Project Definitions > General Information -- add a new project
2. Associated the newly created project into an employee's Expense Profile in "Project Defaults for the Time". Ensure the Time Defaults has the Description radio button selected.  
3. Log in as the employee whose Expense Profile is updated in Step 2.
4. Create a Time Report for the employee and select the newly created Project in it.

Actual Result:

Getting Error:
"Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15, 11)
 the value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values.  You can see the allowable values by pressing the Prompt button or hyperlink. "

Expected Result:

Time Report should be created successfully.
