EAP: Getting Misleading Message (9450,1354) on IBAN Formats Page (Doc ID 1915974.1)

Symptoms

When entering Account Length greater than 17 characters in the IBAN Formats page, the system is throwing the following misleading message but still the page can be saved:

"Bank Acct Number is limited to 17 characters, IBAN larger than that will get a truncated Bank Acct (9450,1354)"

STEPS
1. Navigate to Banking > Banks and Branches > IBAN formats page and add a line for JOR (for example) with IBAN Enterable checked.
2. Enter Account Length as 18 > Getting the error.
3. Click OK and save, and the page saves successfully
