View Printable Version not showing Bill To Address, Ship To Address and Vendor Address for Non English Language (Doc ID 1916034.1)

When attempting to Print a PO in Maintain PO by Clicking on View Printable Version in Non English Language such as Japanese or German Language, the Pdf is generating PO print report without VENDOR address, Bill to Address and Ship To Address.


REPLICATION STEPS
=================

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log on PIA with German Language

2. Change the System Profile Preferred language as Japanese or German (Earlier it is English)

3.Login and navigate to “Add/Update POs” page using the following navigation:

4. Main Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs

5.Search for an existing PO

6.Select a PO from the search results

7.Click the link for “View Printable Version”

8. PO-Form is generating as PDF without VENDOR address, Bill to Address and Ship To Address

9. Tried the same PO by using the Dispatch PO option by using this navigation

10. Main Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Dispatch Pos

11. PDF generated successfully and all address information’s are there in PDF

When creating the Japanese printable PO on the environment with base language in English, vendor name is not printed correctly with the below scenario.

-Pre-requisite
Japanese vendor name is NOT retained in VENDOR_LANG

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Logging into PIA with Japanese language (User language is either Japanese or English)

2. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update Express POs

3. Search and select the existing PO

4. Click "View Printable Version" link
