When reviewing requisitions that failed a budget check, the expection is to be taken to the Commitment Control Budget Details page, but instead we're brought to the search page Budget Detail Overview with no Chartfields populated or carried over from the requisition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1)-Budget Definitions > Budget Period status. Ensure that Effective date is future date. This is to ensure that Budget check goes to error.

2)-Lets Create a Requisition in Purchasing Module

3)-Save the Requisition

4)-Budget check the Requisition

5)-As expected Budget check status goes into error

6)-Click on the Error Link

7)-Click on the Transfer Icon

8)-Click on ,”Go to Budget Inquiry “ Link
Chartfield is not populated and is not fetched from Requisition Chartfield. It just transfers to Budget details page with no chartfield populated.
