 - bid analysis review sections: 2 collaborators
 - event header and bid factors: 3 bid factors with type text
 - invite 2 bidders

 - route event
First collaborator: checkout and route event
Second collaborator: checkout and route event
Event administrator: view collaboration, approve collaboration changes, post event

First collaborator: checkout, add scores to both bidders, analysis complete, save and route event
Second collaborator: checkout, add scores to both bidders, save and do not click on 'analysis complete' and wait till collaboration due date expire and route event
Event administrator: analyze event - award 100% to bidder 1 save, go to invite collaborators. First collaborator with reviewed box checked but not the second collaborator, extend the collaboration due date
