How to Handle Employees with Terminated Managers During the Compensation Cycle Build (Doc ID 1917399.1)

Goal

QUESTION 1: There are several managers who were terminated at the time the Compensation cycle was built and their direct reports were assigned to COMP ADMIN as the owner in Manage Cycle transactions however they cannot be viewed under COMP ADMIN group in ADMINISTER CYCLES ROLES.  It would be expected that they can be viewed under COMP ADMIN in administer cycle roles and then be assigned to another manager.

Is there a reason why they are not showing under the COMP ADMIN in Administer Cycle roles?  Where can these employees be assigned to a different manager?

QUESTION 2: If the functionality is designed to rely on the Compensation Administrator to handle any individuals who had a major change in their job situation, where would the Comp Admin find these employees to adjust or fix the issue?
