Enhancement: Validation on Prior Work Experience

In Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical, there is a page used to capture the Prior Work Experience. There should be validation on Start Date and End Date, as well as a check if the employee is full time or part time employee.
Customer wants a change in design of the page where a validation on whether the work experience entered is for a full time employee or part time employee can be indicated. So in that case if the employee is full time, the work experience should not be overlapping and if the experience is overlapping then the employee cannot be full time worker.
If there is an employee who works part time in two organization, then putting his/her work experience calculates the wrong years of work experience field.
