Symptoms

On : 9 version, Campus Access Mobile Other

When attempting to log in with Campus Mobile version 4 on Bundle 33 using SSL, we receive the following Login Error on Galaxy S3 and S4 (Android 4.4.2)

ERROR
-----------------------

"Authentication error with unknown cause. Please contact administrator. Error code:4 Detail:4 : tokens there are requested are not available from the server."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using a Samsung Galaxy S3/S4 deploy V4 to the device
2. Log in with appropriate UserID/Pswd
3. Review results

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in using Samsung Galaxy3 or Galaxy 4. Further testing on these devices is halted.
