Error Opening Performance Document in Current Documents After Upgrade to HCM 9.2

Symptoms
When the employee tries accessing the performance document, They get the following error
"First operand of .is Null, so cannot access member ParentRow.(180,236) FUNCLIB_EP.EP_RATING.FieldFormula name:GetScaleFromNumeric PCPC:6148 Statement:11"
STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Log into PIA as an employee
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Performance Management > My Performance Documents > Current Documents
3. The user tries to access the Annual Performance document created by using the template "Radio Engineer Annual Review"
