After Cloning 'PS' User Profile, User Cannot View Data in Job and Personal Information (Doc ID 1920553.1)

Symptoms

After cloning the 'PS' user in a demo environment, Job and Personal Data cannot be viewed with the new user. All Roles and Permission Lists shared between the two users are the same. Is there a security sync process that must be run in order to view application data? No data is being pulled up after logging in as the new user and performing a search.
