Error in Job Data when Employee has More Than 20 rows: "Too Many PeopleCode Recursions: Possible Recursive Loop Detected. (180,303)" (Doc ID 1920578.1)

When trying to access job data of an employee who has more than 20 history the following error occurs:

Too many PeopleCode recursions: possible recursive loop detected. (180,303)
An attempt has been made to process a recursive PeopleCode loop that exceeds the maximum allowed recursion depth. To correct this error, check for possible self-recursing programs, or programs that inadvertently trigger PeopleCode events that may recurse to the same program (such as using InsertRow() PeopleCode in a RowInit PeopleCode program).

Please note that the following warning message may also occur "Cannot change current or history records unless in correction mode. (15,1) and this too will be rectified once the patch has been applied

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workforce Administration - Job Information - Job Data
2. Empl ID
3. Include History
