Campus Mobile Sign On Screen Appears in White and Login button or Remember Me flag are not available to select

The login screen for the Campus Mobile App appears in white and the login button or remember me flag are not available to select.
The App was working fine before some changes were made to AndroidManifest.xml, but the issue persists even when the new MAA file is used to deploy the App over again.
Expect the login screen to appear normally with the login and remember me flag available.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Deploy the Campus Mobile App to an Emulator or Phone
2. Make changes to the AndroidManifest.xml
3. Download MAA file and redeploy the App
4. Launch the App and notice the login screen appears in White and the Login button or the Remember Me flag are not available to select.
