Symptoms

ISSUE:
--------
Canceled requisitions still appear in an approver's Work list

Steps:
-------
1. Create a requisition and submit for workflow
2. Login as the Approver.
3. Requisition appears on worklist
4. Login as the Requester
5. Manage Requisitions
6. Cancel the requisition
7. Login as Approver
8. Click on Worklist
9. Requisition has been removed correctly
