Symptoms

When two transactions with same amount, same Vendor and same date come in two different AMEX GL1025 files. Integration Broker Message fails with error while loading the second file.

Steps:
-------
1. Make sure there are two transactions with same amount, same Vendor and same date come in two different AMEX GL1025 files.
2. Load the first AMEX GL 1025 file.
      Navigation: Travel and Expenses > Corporate Credit Cards > Load External Data Sources.
3. Make sure all the transactions loaded successfully into the system.
4. Load the second AMEX GL 1025 file.
      Navigation: Travel and Expenses > Corporate Credit Cards > Load External Data Sources.

Result:

IB Message fails with below error:

Duplicate entries exist.  The file was already loaded. (10503,250)
Process Duplicate entries exist.  The file was already loaded. (10503,250)
