How to resolve java.lang.nullpointer exceptions in Campus Mobile that occur after Login (Doc ID 1921969.1)

Qn1: In Campus Mobile Version 4, a "java.lang.NullPointer Exception" error message appears once the Landing page is loaded. Is there any configuration that is missing?
Qn2: In Campus Mobile Version 4, why does the landing page or the previous active page flashes or appears when navigating between different pages before the desired page is loaded?
