EEX9.1: Translate Values are Blank for 'Sort By' Field under Group Box 'Change Sort Order' on "Approve Transactions" Page , in a Multi-Language Environment. (Doc ID 1922068.1)

Symptoms

 In a Multi-Language environment, when navigating to "Approve Transactions" page, the Translate values are missing for 'Sort By' Field under group box 'Change Sort Order' for the Language Spanish and Portuguese.

Steps:
---------
1. Sign on in a Multi-Language environment by either Spanish or Portuguese language.
2. Go to Approve Transactions page.  Navigation: Travel and Expenses > Approve Transaction> Approve Transaction.
3. Under the Group Box 'Change Sort Order' there is a drop down box 'Sort By'. Open the drop down box. 

Actual result:
----------------
All values under this drop down box are blank. The values are available if signing into environment with English Language.

Expected result:
-------------------
Translated values should exist in the drop down list of the field 'Sort By'.
