Issue
---------------
A site was installing cobol compiler's ULP patch and encountering the following error when running psauto4 script.


ERROR

/psauto64 - Updating the Application Server License Database - STARTING

Execution error : file '/opt/microfocus51/cobol/stage/psauto64.int'
error code: 114, pc=C39, call=1, seg=0
114     Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

./psauto64 - Updating the Application Server License Database - COMPLETED

When attempting to run any other *.int program,  similar error was received.  For example when delivered pi.cbl was compiled and attempting to run it, produced similar error.

e.g

cobrun pi.int  
error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
114     Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)
