Allocation Process is creating Journal with blank rate Type.
It's expected that Journal would be created with default exchange Rate Type
Steps to Replicate:
1. Create a Copy type allocation
Pool - Account = Constant Value. Pool Span = BAL
Target - Account = Pool. Target Span Option = Divide Target Across Period
Offset - Account = Constant Value
2. Define default rate type on Allocation Step > Output options.
3. Run allocation on one single business unit only ( no interunit transaction involved)
Site has just upgraded to 9.2 and reported that rate type is populated in 8.9 but not in 9.2
This is different scenario to the issue reported by 1667756.1 and 1663339.1 ( whereas there is currency conversion b/w pool amount and target/offset amount)
