Problem with Financials/SCM 9.2.00.00 DEMO environment verification test
When executing test on page 24 of PeopleSoft 9.2: Financials and Supply Chain Management Installation Verification Tests (Fin_SCM_IVT_92.docx), getting an error that is causing a core database dump: ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qerixTunnelGetKey()+260].

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as VP1 using Customer Registry (not Employee)
The Customer Registry can be accessed by changing the employee logon URL.
The Employee portal reference: (http://xxxxxxxx/psp/epXXXdmo/EMPLOYEE/ERP/h/?tab=DEFAULT)
should be replaced with the Customer portal reference: (http://xxxxxxxx/psp/epXXXdmo/CUSTOMER/ERP/h/?tab=DEFAULT)
2. Click eBill Payment
3. Click Account Balance
4. Verify that the Account Balances page appears.
5. Select the Home hyperlink to exit.
The issue has the following business impact:
