Goal

Looking into the implementation of Approval Framework HTML Email Approvals, in an environment were Microsoft Outlook 2010 using NTLM (NT LAN Manager) with PeopleTools 8.53.

Reviewing setup for HTML Email Approvals, the Integration Broker PSFT_EMC_GETMAIL Node configuration requires using either the IMAP4 and POP3 Protocols, and the organization does not support these two protocols.
