Database Production

Allocation group marked as inactive but it gets picked up for processing

Replication Steps
wanted group to be active 1/1/1902 - 7/31/2014.
So one row active: 1/1/1901
and one row inactive 7/31/2014
Ran on 8/31/2014 and the group gets picked up.

Once a new effective dated rows is added with inactive status, expect the allocation group to be skipped

After a new effective dated row is added to inactivate group on 7/31/2014, the next processing run dated 8//31/2014 still runs the inactive group

Business Impact
Generates unwanted results and unless caught unwanted impacts will be posted to the ledger
