User Kicked out of Job Data after making a Change to Page Personalization (Doc ID 1926187.1)

A user has made a change to the page personalization on Job Data and can no longer access the page. When searching for an Employee ID, the user is kicked out of PeopleSoft and receive the following error:

"An Error has Occured".

When the JOB_DATA1 page is remove from their security, the other pages load successfully.

How can the page personalization information be cleared out?
