CRM 9.2 Multi-Channel Framework (MCF) CTI, Tools 8.53



Getting Authorization Error on MCF pop up screen
After launching Multichannel Console (MCF), when an incoming call is detected, the pop returns a page that only contains "Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator".   It's supposed to bring up HRHD 360 degree view page for the Employee.

"Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into CRM application
2. Launch the MCF
3. Activate and wait for incoming calls.
When the extension is dialed, the pop is launched but only displays "Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator"
